The world needs more innovation and more entrepreneurs. And the skills required for both are also good life skills. As someone who is passionate about nudging youth toward successful outcomes, Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerome Bettis encourages kids to lean into entrepreneurship and innovation

Founder of The Bus Stops Here Foundation (TBSHF), Bettis weaves these themes throughout the many programs and various services offered by his organization. “It’s about equipping them (students) with the necessary skills to succeed in the 21st century,” he says.
